The role will involve planning daily work schedules, coordinating workers on site, ordering and purchasing materials appropriately, inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. PM will supervise, provide guidance to construction workers and subcontractors, ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report issues, materials supplied and work completed on schedule. Be responsible for ensuring materials supplied and work completed on schedule, documenting and reporting progress to Principal Engineer and Board of Management. Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous.
