*Responsibilities:
-Provide hands-on and over-the-phone customer support
-Work with experienced technicians
-Maintain parts inventory and organized workspace
-Handle repairs, installations, and unit setups (some lifting over 100lbs with assistance)

*Requirements:
-Bilingual (English/ Vietnamese preferred)
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
-Reliable, self-motivated, and mechanically inclined
